These days we spend so much time in our thoughts, on a screen, bent over, distant from our bodies and the natural world. Yoga is a tool that invites us to get out of our heads and back to our physical selves. Through gentle movement and breathwork, yoga can be transformative in helping us release tension and emotions.  

My practice focuses on guiding you through therapeutic movement, with hands-on adjustments, and breathwork to move around stagnant energy. I have practiced yoga since 2010 and received my 200 HR Teacher Training from Sky Ting Yoga in 2022.
